• SHINNY HRSN: Needed for Referrals and Assessments. Include in Service Request, Task, and Assessment bundles.
• Profiled off of the USCore Practitioner: This profile sets minimum expectations for the Practitioner resource to record, search, and fetch basic demographics and other administrative information about an individual practitioner.
